Kelsie Bennett is a writer, artisan, and photographer based in Providence, RI. They are originally from North Carolina.
Their writing has been recognized by the National Youngarts Foundation and The Adroit Journal. Short stories and poems have been featured in So to Speak, Kaleidoscope: Exploring the Experience of Disability through Literature and the Fine Arts, Barren Magazine, and elsewhere. They were a 2024 COUNTERCLOCK x Patchwork fellow.
Kelsie is the founder and artisan behind Juliana NYC, a handmade jewelry brand that emphasizes mixed materials and reused finds. Juliana NYC has been featured at Brooklyn Museum First Fridays, Anthropologie, and elsewhere.
Photography credits include Depth Magazine, HEAVY Magazine, and Melophile Media. Kelsie's photos have been shown at the Hannah Block Historic USO and awarded first in state at North Carolina PTA Reflections.
Kelsie earned their bachelor's from New York University in 2024. They are at work on their first short story collection.
